Gordon Bowman
Managing Partner
Gordon is an entrepreneur with an MBA from McCombs (2019) and a Civil Engineering degree from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo (2009). As a founding member of a small business lending software company, he grew the business from $0 to $10M ARR over the past 5 years, overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, and customer success.
With a strong foundation in both engineering and business, Gordon brings a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic leadership - focusing on operational efficiency, value creation, and long-term growth.

Colin Bowman
Operating Partner
Colin is a CNC machinist with 15 years of experience in aerospace, defense, and high-precision industries. At Panavision, he improved product quality and efficiency in the production of Opto-Mechanical components by reducing lead times, increasing repeatability, and standardizing processes. He also set up live-tooling lathes, edited programs, and performed in-process inspections.
Colin leads a CNC machinist team at Relativity, where he’s focused on streamlining manufacturing workflows. He holds a CMM Certification in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology and brings extensive technical expertise to optimize operations.

Jared Bowman
Technical Partner
Jared is an experienced CNC machinist with over 15 years in the industry and 4 NIMS certifications in CNC machining. He has worked at Panavision and Relativity, focusing on programming and machine setups to enhance performance and precision. His expertise includes optimizing CNC operations for improved efficiency and quality.
Currently, Jared is a Senior CNC Programmer/Machinist at Anduril, where he supports engineering teams by working with multi-axis lathes and mills on prototypes and small batch runs of parts. His technical proficiency and hands-on experience make him a key asset in optimizing machining processes for complex projects.

What we’re looking for
Revenue Range
Businesses with annual revenue between $1 million and $10 million
Size
Ideally, shops with a combination of 5+ machines and 5+ employees, though we are open to different setups.
Location
We are focusing on shops located in Southern California, but will consider other locations based on opportunities.
Financial Health
We are looking for profitable businesses with consistent cash flow and growth potential. We are particularly interested in shops that have opportunities for operational optimization or expansion.
